Returns & Exchanges

At OFFNILE, we want you to shop with confidence.

* Returns and exchanges are available within 7 days of receiving your order.
* If the item has a manufacturing defect or you received the wrong size, your return or exchange is completely free of charge.
* If you wish to return or exchange a perfectly fine item, it is available within 7 days, provided the original tags are attached and the item is unused and in its original condition. In this case, the customer is responsible for the shipping fees.
* If you decide not to keep your order while the courier is still at your doorstep, you may return it immediately.
* Please do not place a new order for the purpose of requesting an exchange or return.
* To request a return or exchange, please contact our Customer Support team via email or Instagram Direct Message.

الإرجاع والاستبدال

في OFFNILE، هدفنا إن تكون تجربة التسوق مريحة وسهلة.

* متاح الاسترجاع والاستبدال خلال ٧ أيام من تاريخ استلام الطلب.
* في حالة وجود عيب في المنتج أو مشكلة في المقاس، يتم الاسترجاع أو الاستبدال مجانًا دون أي رسوم.
* متاح الاسترجاع خلال ٧ أيام في حالة أن الأوردر سليم والتاج موجود، بشرط أن يكون المنتج غير مستخدم وبحالته الأصلية. وفي هذه الحالة يتحمل العميل رسوم الشحن.
* إذا لم يعجبك المنتج عند الاستلام، يمكنك إرجاعه مباشرة طالما أن المندوب ما زال موجودًا عند باب المنزل.
* نرجو عدم عمل طلب جديد بغرض الاستبدال أو الاسترجاع.
